How long does shipping take? Shipping is 2-5 business days for the U.S, this does NOT include processing time.
What is processing time? Processing time is the period of time between the date an order is placed and when it is shipped. Processing time includes payment confirmation, preparation for your order and manufacturing time in some occasions. Depending on the amount of orders in our system to be processed, it could take an estimate of up to 10 business days. For any items in our Ships in 24 Hours Section the processing time frame is only 1 day.
What is a preorder item? Pre-order means the item is not in stock and won't ship until the item is in stock.
How do I know if the item I want is on preorder? It will be stated in the product description and/or title.
How long can an item be on preorder? There isn't a specific time but usually a preorder item takes 2-3 weeks. In rare situatuions they can take up to 5 weeks.
How do I track my package? Once your order is shipped out we will send you an email and/or text with your tracking number and shipping company.
I forgot to use a discount code. Can you adjust it? No, unfortunately orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized.
Do you ship worldwide? Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Though we do have worldwide shipping, the shipping time can take longer than US shipping. All international orders can take between 2-4 weeks.
Do I have to pay custom duties? You may be asked to pay customs duties on an international order. This is not a charge from us but is a charge from customs. You are responsible for paying it.
What do I do if I received the wrong order? Please contact us with your name, order number, and description/photo of the incorrect item. We'll send a return label at no extra cost and will reship the correct item (usually with a free gift).
What is your return policy? We do allow returns and exchanges on items. However, you are responsible for the shipping when you return an item. All items must be returned in their original state (no rips, stains, original packaging, etc) to receive a refund and/or store credit. If you are trying to get an exchange please leave a note when returning the package stating your full name, order number, and the size you want to exchange the item for. *exclusions apply*
We do not accept returns or refunds on any sale items, bodysuits, bathing suits, shoes, or accessories!
Also note that we only accept returns within 1 week of you receiving the item.
Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order within the first 48 hours of purchase.
What do I do if I entered the wrong address at checkout? If you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout it is imperative that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can update your information accordingly. Though we will do our best to work with you, we are not responsible for any mistakes made on your behalf. If the package is returned to us there may be a wait before we can ship it back out. This is why it is extremely important to enter the correct shipping information.
